Eligibility

• This referral program is open to all active clients with an ongoing contract with our agency.
• Referred clients must not have been previously engaged with our services or be in discussions with us before the referral.

 

Referral Reward

For every successful referral, the referring client will receive a 10% discount on their next month’s invoice, provided the referred client meets all conditions listed below.
 

Conditions for Rewards

• The referred client signs a contract with a minimum value of INR 30,000 per month.
• The referred client commits to a minimum engagement period of 3 months or more.
• Discounts will be applied only after the referred client has signed the contract and made their first payment.
• The discount will be applicable to the next invoice following the referred client’s conversion.
• If the referred client cancels their contract within the first 45 days, the reward will be nullified.

 

Special Bonuses for Frequent Referrals

• Clients who make 3 successful referrals in a calendar year will receive an additional free service credit worth INR 5,000.
• Clients who make 5 or more successful referrals will receive a special bonus worth INR 10,000.

 

Reward Limitations

• A client can earn rewards for a maximum of 6 referrals in a calendar year.
• Only one reward can be claimed per month, regardless of the number of referrals made during that period.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy

All information regarding referrals will be kept confidential and used solely for program purposes.
 

Program Modifications and Termination

The agency reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. However, any pending rewards for referrals already submitted will still be honored.
 

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding the referral program will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be addressed as per the agency’s standard terms and conditions.
